제품 설명
헤더는 일련의 작은 파이프 또는 도관에서 증기 또는 물을 수집하고 분배합니다. 일반적으로 배관 시스템과 동일한 등급의 탄소강 또는 페라이트강으로 만들어집니다. 일반적으로 맞대기 용접 및 굽힘되는 배관 시스템과 달리 헤더는 직선입니다.
헤더가 견뎌야 하는 압력과 온도는 연결된 구성 요소에 따라 다릅니다. 이코노마이저 또는 수벽 패널에 연결된 헤더는 과열기 또는 재열기에 연결된 헤더보다 재료에 대한 요구 사항이 덜 심각합니다.
헤더의 온도와 압력에 따라 Vallourec은 88.9mm에서 406.4mm까지의 크기로 탄소강에서 T/P91 또는 T/P92와 같은 고합금 페라이트강까지 튜브를 공급합니다.
