The SA-210C Low Pressure Spiral Fin Tube Boiler Economizer is designed to improve boiler performance by recovering waste heat from flue gases. This energy-efficient device heats boiler feed water into saturated water under drum pressure, significantly reducing exhaust gas temperatures and enhancing overall system efficiency.

Product Overview

Economizers are heating surfaces installed at the boiler's tail section that absorb heat from low-temperature flue gases. This heat transfer process reduces flue gas exhaust temperatures, saves energy, and improves boiler efficiency. The economizer consists of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes (serpentine pipes) and is primarily used in industrial applications, with recent adoption in agricultural and related industries.
